These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, software, APIs, and related services.

To register for and use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated.

Payment is processed via our third-party payment providers. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay will result in a disruption of service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for unused time or partial billing periods.
You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction; we do not collect VAT, GST, or other taxes on your behalf.

Our platform depends on cloud providers and telecommunication carriers for call and message delivery. We are not liable for:

The Service does not support or connect to emergency services such as 911 or equivalent numbers in other jurisdictions.
You must not use the Service as a replacement for a traditional phone system capable of placing emergency calls. We are not responsible for any harm, injury, or damages arising from your inability to contact emergency services through our platform.
